Time to put your foot down

I’m a big fan of night-time drives…

I know I’m not alone in thinking this, but I find driving at night somewhat therapeutic…

Just me and the open roads…

It gives me time to think and clear my head….

And recently, while driving back from a friend’s late one night, I began thinking about you and your business…

As I pushed down on the accelerator pedal and began to pick up speed, my train of thought ran to the speed of growth in your business…

The speed of growth in your Recruitment or Search Business is determined by the number of new clients you’re adding every day, every week, every month and every year….

The speed at which you’re able to bring new business in works in pretty much the same way as the accelerator pedal in a car…

Put your foot down, and you’ll find you’ll reach your destination a hell of a lot quicker… And probably enjoy the thrill a lot more too…

Of course, there will be other factors that come in to play when it comes to determining whether or not you’ll actually reach your destination… A successful business has multiple components that make it work; it’s very similar to a car in that way…

But the speed at which you reach that destination… Wherever that may be, is solely down to your ability to bring new clients into your business at will…

Get your client acquisition wrong, and you may get to your destination eventually… But it’ll be like owning a Ferrari, with the potential to go 0-60MPH in 3.5 seconds… But instead of using it to it’s full potential you slowly crawl down the road at 5MPH…

If that’s what you want then that’s fine…

But personally, I like working with Recruitment and Search Business Owners who love the thrill of building a stunningly successful business in the shortest amount of time possible…
