Relying on warm introductions or word of mouth to grow your Recruitment or Search Business is a catastrophe waiting to happen…

I would go a far as to say it’s stupid…

You’re effectively relying on other people for the growth and even survival of your business…

And even though other people may want your business to grow…

They may even have every intention of providing you all the leads you could ever want…

The truth is… it will never be a priority for them…

And nor should it be…

They have their own goals and challenges to think about, so it’s understandable that your needs and wants will take a back seat from time to time….

And the last thing any ambitious Recruitment or Search Business Owners ever wants is their business growth to take a backseat….

Growth needs to take priority…

And the only person who can do that is you!

So take back control, take outside help when it’s there but sop relying on it…
