I've had a few people ask me how to go from working on contingency job orders to working on a retained (or at least exclusive) basis...

What do you say to the client, how do you say it, when do you say it etc...

Like anything in life, to convince someone to do something, you need to clearly convey the benefits to them...

No one will give you a retainer if you don't ask, but asking in the wrong way is going to lead to the same outcome...

I recorded a quick video that reveals four questions some of my clients ask to get commitment from the client and secure the job order on retained or at least on an exclusive basis...
