How did you set your prices?

Most the Recruitment & Search Firm owners I speak to usually come up with their prices in one of two ways.

1. They look at what the rest of the market, their peers and maybe their previous employer is charging and charge around the same (or sometimes slightly less).

OR…

2. They just pick a number at random and roll with it….

Neither one of these approaches are ideal and the fact is, you’re probably worth a lot more!

One of the things I encourage and go on about over and over again is premium pricing.

Why do I do this?

Because quite simply, it’s the easiest way to make a profit…

It’s perfectly possible (and indeed highly recommended) to do it ethically too.

Also, It automatically positions you as the leader and expert in your field …

Lastly, you can do it overnight! And in this business, getting results overnight is a rarity…
